- We at Paw Store follow a non-refund policy. Goods once sold shall only be replaced.
- Returns, if any, shall be entertained, only if initiated, within 7 days of delivery.
- Only open accessories are eligible for returns/replacement. Food items will neither be returned nor replaced.
- Items once ordered, must be canceled before dispatched from our end. Cancellations would be disabled, once dispatched.
- In the event cancellation is desired after the items are dispatched, the customer may refuse to accept the delivery.
An order may be canceled from our end due to the unavailability of the product, inaccuracy in pricing or insufficient/incorrect payment details entered.
