Order Processing
- Orders are usually processed within 12–24 hours after confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
- Customized or bulk orders may require additional processing time.
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
Same Day Delivery – NCR 🚚⚡
We offer Same Day Delivery across selected areas in Delhi NCR for eligible products.
Same Day Delivery Conditions:
- Available in selected NCR pincodes only
- Orders must be placed before the daily cutoff time
- Available subject to product availability and delivery partner serviceability

- Delhi
- Gurgaon / Gurugram
- Noida
- Ghaziabad
- Faridabad
- Selected nearby NCR regions
Orders placed after the cutoff time may be delivered the next business day. Same-day delivery availability may vary during high-demand periods, weather disruptions, or holidays.
Standard Delivery Timeline
Within NCR:
- 0–2 business days
Rest of India:
- 3–7 business days
Remote locations may require additional delivery time depending on courier service availability.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery location
- Product weight
- Delivery speed selected
Free shipping offers, if applicable, will be clearly displayed during checkout or promotions.
Packaging
All products are packed securely to ensure safe delivery and product hygiene.
Fragile products are shipped using additional protective packaging to minimize transit damage.
Damaged / Missing / Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share:
- Clear images/videos
- Unboxing video (mandatory)
- Order ID
Eligible cases may receive:
- Replacement
- Store credit
- Refund (as applicable)
Claims without proper unboxing proof may not be approved.
