We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
To initiate a return, customers must provide:
- Order ID
- Clear photos/videos of the product
- Unboxing video (mandatory for damaged or incorrect items)
Products returned without original packaging or showing signs of use may not be eligible for return or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless received damaged or incorrect:
- Pet food & treats
- Grooming & hygiene products
- Opened supplements & medicines
- Personalized/customized products
- Used pet beds, toys, bowls, or accessories
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, missing, or wrong item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear images/videos and unboxing proof
- Our team will review the request within 2–5 business days
Eligible cases may receive:
- Replacement product
- Store credit
- Partial/full refund (depending on the issue)
Claims raised without an unboxing video may not be approved.
Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges only for:
- Defective products
- Incorrect items received
- Size issues (subject to stock availability)
Exchange requests must be raised within the eligible return window.
Refund Process
Once your return request is approved:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–7 business days
- COD orders may require bank account details for refund processing
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
- PawStore.in reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, payment concerns, or suspicious activity.
Important Notes
- Minor color variations may occur due to photography and screen settings.
- PawStore.in reserves the right to reject fraudulent or abusive return requests.
- Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions carefully before placing an order.
