We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

To initiate a return, customers must provide:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos/videos of the product
  • Unboxing video (mandatory for damaged or incorrect items)

Products returned without original packaging or showing signs of use may not be eligible for return or refund.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless received damaged or incorrect:

  • Pet food & treats
  • Grooming & hygiene products
  • Opened supplements & medicines
  • Personalized/customized products
  • Used pet beds, toys, bowls, or accessories

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, missing, or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images/videos and unboxing proof
  • Our team will review the request within 2–5 business days

Eligible cases may receive:

  • Replacement product
  • Store credit
  • Partial/full refund (depending on the issue)

Claims raised without an unboxing video may not be approved.


Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges only for:

  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items received
  • Size issues (subject to stock availability)

Exchange requests must be raised within the eligible return window.


Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days
  • COD orders may require bank account details for refund processing

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
  • PawStore.in reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, payment concerns, or suspicious activity.

  • Minor color variations may occur due to photography and screen settings.
  • PawStore.in reserves the right to reject fraudulent or abusive return requests.
