Paw Store is a small family business, not a big funded startup. Outside Delhi NCR, delivery takes 2–4 days.
If you place a Cash on Delivery order and then refuse it, the courier and return shipping charges come straight out of our pocket — and for a small brand like ours, that really hurts.
So please order COD only if you’re happy to wait 2–4 days and accept your delivery when it arrives. In Delhi NCR, you get same-day delivery.
